The new boot option should be documented in the manual.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #37000 +++

Please add a menu entry for the installation boot menu which disables the DHCP request. The following boot parameter disables the boot request:
  netcfg/disable_autoconfig=true

 Added once in the description of GRUB menus, and once in the section regarding the network configuration.

Ok, I've commited smaller changes as 57881 (typo and avoiding a word repetition)
