This bug report lacks information - what is the expected from a "fix" here?

I would like to improve the whole error information and represention.
Every error should have a "title" (summary) and a longer description about the error and maybe information how a Administrator could fix this problem.
Partly over time we already have this, e.g. when UMC server, LDAP server /etc is not running it tells to "systemctl restart …".
Or for regular users there should be the information to retry this again in X minutes or to try to relogin and see if it still occurs.
The title should not just be "An error occurred".
If it's a HTTP error it should also mention the status code and description / reason phrase. Probably just in the dialog title.

If there is a traceback, it should be collapsed by default.
It should be clear that when sending this error as feedback that it goes to the vendor Univention of the software and not to e.g. the school administrator. So we cannot fix it if you cannot login because your password is wrong or whatever. We have a lot of those feedback reports where users directly ask for help.

Also the error should look better, e.g. with a nice error image and user friendly information, not too technical from the beginning.
