The ucs-school-lib module should be adjusted to work with the new SAML authentication.

It currently provides a base class and decorators which provide functionality for ldap connections. This should be adjusted to use the generic bind function which uses SASL authentication in case of a SAML session.

The new ldap utilities from UMC are now used. Some little cleanup in scholldap has been done, too → removed unused things.
