Univention Bugzilla – Bug 40144
EC2 setup: Administrator is used in the help text
Last modified: 2015-12-09 16:44:48 CET
Created attachment 7330 [details] umc-login.png The username is in the default EC2 images no longer pre-filled. If I see it correctly, it has been fixed with Bug #39898. But the help text explains to login as Administrator. If the system is not joined, root should be used in the text.
If the site is accessed via ?username=root the hint is changed.
r66018 If query parameter username has value 'root', the help text is changed. RFC: That is not the initially fix requested here. Yes, the default configuration of apache on an unjoined system should have a redirect to the umc login screen with the correct username=root parameter. But i can easily access http://<ucs>/umc and get no hint at all. Is it possible to query the systems' join status at this point and use that information?

Okay then, as discussed, this is the agreed solution. OK: Code + yaml -> Verified
