The desired content is in the manual for DE and EN. 

Just a minor thing: In EN it reads "Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) for Windows 10 [4] for Windows 10". I personally don't like the double "for Windows 10" after the footnote and I'd rather remove it. But that's just personal taste.

The changes are verified. 
→ REOPEN for merge.
