The 'Extended installation documentation' for UCS 4.2 and UCS 4.3 both mention incorrect UCS versions multiple times in their text. Looks good. Only section 3.2 for note 4 it should say: "This example consistently uses UCS-4.3-3", with article. Reopen for merge.
