There is a dependency chains from 
shell-univention-lib → python-univention-lib → python-samba → samba-libs → libldb1 (<2:1.1.26~) but 2:1.1.27A~4.2.0.201609011232 is to be installed.

This currently breaks install univention-system-setup-boot, which is essential for the DVD!

Yes, Samba 4.2 rc2 still fails to built due to errors in the upstream source.

Samba 4.5.0~rc3 has been built now but I haven't done any package install / update or functional tests yet.
