translation for debian/debian/di-univention-system-setup.templates

As this package uses debconf templates for some of its translations the attached translation needs to be added to debian/po directory.

Richard, please commit the attached po file to base/univention-system-setup/debian/po/fr.po and rebuild the package in the 4.1-4. We then need an entry in the 4.1-4 changelog. This changes needs also to be applied to 4.2-0.

The changes have been made and the package has been built for 4.1-4 .
