We will need a special tab for managing appliance settings of an app.

First version has been committed.

TODO: The appliance values (Appliance*) as well as CreateAppAppliance are not transmitted to the frontend.

Both points have been adjusted via Bug 42834.

The new version of the App Provider Portal has been released and this bug will thus be closed.
