+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #46102 +++

The 4.3 pre_up script will block updates if univention-mail-cyrus is found and display a link to an article.

The article must include instructions:
* link to cyrus2dovecot migration guide
* how to remove all mailquota policies and then ucs_unregisterLDAPExtension the policy extension object
* how to ignore the pre_up check
