Since Bug #45395 all error dialogs in UMC are showing the "Send feedback" button even if they don't contain a traceback.

The effect is that we receive a lot more user feedback, from even users of the portal/self-service/etc. which expect to get help by sending that feedback. The error message, that they should e.g. adjust their invalid form values is not displayed very clear anymore.
