Talking names for UDM modules

We would like to have better names than "Policy: UMC" for the Admin Diary when it logs UDM changes.
That's a very nice improovement we always needed for UDM, as we currently are building these strings in the javascript manually. Too bad that univention.lib.translation doesn't support ngettext(), so we have to create 2 different properties instead of only one.
