for Bug #50416 leads to the purging of a OU-name-cache after every creation/modification/move/deletion of an ImportUser.
If a lot of OUs exist, this massively prolongs user import jobs.

Additionally, the "self.lo" in this problematic commit should be replaced with "lo".

The unnecessary cache purge was removed and "self.lo" changed to "lo".
