82_saml.28_saml_sp_metadata_replication fails


Afaik since bug 49305 this test fails in the update scenario. The metadata generation was changed a little but no resync was forced, which makes this test fail.

I had discussed with Erik if this test should catch changes in the metadata due to a resync as well. Which this version doesn't.

For now I would say that is ok because the test still tests the replication and should work again.
