We removed univention-nagios-server via Bug #52122 for UCS 5.0-0. We should remove univention-nagios-client in UCS 5.1-0.
I think it would be easier / more appropriate for migration scenarios if univention-nagios-client is removed one version after the new control instruments are available (guessing at Univention Dashboard from announcements so far).

Don't change the milestone but set the bug to RESOLVED WONTFIX for now. If we still ship this, we have to fix Bug #55830, Bug #55829 and probably need to provide Nagios packages by ourself as this was dropped in Debian 12 afair. Bug #56367 as well needs clarification then. Can we remove the whole UDM integration for computer objects and nagios/* objects? The NRPE plugins are provided via the nagios/* objects which will write the nagios configuration via a listener.
Clarification: Some customers/PS still use the monitoring-plugins which are provided via the nagios-client / NRPE-server. Therefor we will continue supporting this, including its UDM integration and the generation of the NRPE configuration files via listener. But we will remove every nagios-server related UDM content via Bug #56367 in UCS 5.2. So we will remove nagios/timeperiod and a lot of unused properties of nagios/service.
