The patches of monitoring-plugins have to be cherry-picked and rebased to (UCS 5.1 and) UCS 5.2.

We dropped Nagios support therefore we should drop these patches as well.

Nagios client support will still be available in UCS 5.2. Therefore we need to apply the patches.

Applied the patches. I removed one patch in UCS 5.2 which adds "-y password_file" to check_ldap. This can now be passed via LDAP_PASSWORD environment variable.
