The system setup redirects to /univention/management after successful installation when in non local_mode.

This should redirect to /univention/portal now instead

added ?location= to /univention/logou

redirect to /univention/login/?location=/univention/portal after system setup

Works for regular univention-system-setup-boot.

Does not work for univention-system-activation: You get a 403 Forbidden on /univention/logout/

Setting to VERIFIED as I think univention-system-activation is not relevant for UCS 5.0.
