System activation redirects to /univention/logout, which is inaccessible at this moment as the license is not yet installed.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #53225 +++

The system setup redirects to /univention/management after successful installation when in non local_mode.

This should redirect to /univention/portal now instead
