Description dominix 2021-06-22 03:01:22 CEST
letsencrypt is present in the app center, but I can not reach install page.
every time I try to install it, its ends in a non-responsive page. (app center page with central gif rolling, with no response, I can’t even not reach install page).
Others packages install successfully, or at least I can reach the install page. I have made 2 distinct install of ucs-5 and see the same problem with letsencrypt.

Hello,
this Problem has been fixed with Bug #53384.
Please install all currently available errata updates via the Software Update module and re-login into the Univention Management Console before starting to install let's encrypt again.

I have applied the patch for Bug #53304 but it makes no differences.

how did you apply it?
what is the erratum number of your UCS system?
did you remove your browser cache before testing again?
can you open the developer console (e.g. ctrl + shift + i in chrome) and paste the error messages which happen during you are trying again to install the app.

how do I check ?

The problem seems deeper than I thought. Could you indicate me what should be in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/15_ucs-online-version.list

because I got only

deb https://updates-test.software-univention.de/ ucs500 main
deb https://updates-test.software-univention.de/ errata500 main

and the "-test" part seems wrong regarding the status of released of UCS-5
I have made an upgrade on a test machines whithout the "-test" part and my problem disappear on this machines. (and lots of upgrade occurs)
The question is : Do I need to do the same on others machines ?

I ask the questions because after upgrade the config went back to
deb https://updates-test.software-univention.de/ ucs500 main
deb https://updates-test.software-univention.de/ errata500 main
(it removed my modifications)

So I guess that my display problem was perhaps due to bad updates.

You seem to not install the official UCS 5 release but a pre-release.
Upgrading from a pre-release is not supported.
You have to reinstall UCS 5.0 from an official image.

Yes, reinstalling is necessary.
