Backport to 4.4: A newer Veyon version is required on the Windows clients in order to use the full functionality of Veyon

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #55029 +++ Due to Issue #817, a newer Veyon version is also required on the Windows clients in order to use the full functionality of Veyon. UCS@school comes with the Veyon installer for Windows clients in the package ucs-school-veyon-windows. A suitable Windows client for Veyon 4.7 must be downloaded from the Veyon site and integrated into the package. Backport debian package ucs-school-veyon-windows version 4.7.4.0-ucs5.0-1 to 4.4.

QA: - Locking and unlocking works - Shutdown & Restart works - Presentation mode starting and stopping works - Input device locking and unlocking works - Indicators are slow as described in Bug https://forge.univention.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=55075 There is a problem with slightly clipped images at the bottom in the "Watch" mode with Veyon and UCS4.4.
