Adjustments for mobile devices

The following problem regarding mobile devices occurred during the Dojo 1.9 update: From Bug 31639, comment #29: > Mobile: Tapping into an input does (sometimes but) not always show up the > touch keyboard. When tapping on the label it seems to work (but it takes > some time).

iPad: Tapping a module in the overview does not open the module. One needs a second click or has to use the context menu.
iPad: Lightbox (screenshot in the app center app details) seems to hang sometimes
iPad: Dialogs with expanding title panes (like the software changes list just before installing an app) make problems when expanding and shrinking these title panes.

Android and iPad: Scrolling in a GalleryPane is a real pain. Sometimes it does not work, sometimes the content jumps. iPad is worse. Not filled places in the GalleryPane seem to be problematic (i.e. the last spot when having an uneven number of items).

Android: Tapping on "Settings" and "Help" on the top right does not always open the menu
iPad: Textarea is very small (nearly normal input). E.g. System info
iPad: Observed twice: The modules in the overview are hidden after some scrolling and searching.

The lag w.r.t. the focus is probably due to some layout resizing events. This might also be the reason why the keyboard does not show up.
This issue seems to be working fine for UCS 4.0.
