+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #33397 +++

UEFI used grub-efi instead of sylinux. As such the boot splash screen of the Debian Installer still contains
  "Debian Gnu/Linux 4.0-0"
    "Debian GNU/Linux Installer menu"

After starting the Installer the "Univention" logo is displayed a 2nd time for a shot time, which looks strange and should be fixed.

The font contrast is currently very low: light gray/white font on light gray background.

It looks better now but I can still see
 UCS GNU/Linux 4.0-0
    UCS GNU/Linux Installer menu

Can you remove both strings?

 The GNU/Linux should be removed.
 The menu title might be removed.

The patch is completely untested as Bug #35918 broke my QEMU test system.
