Grid view of DNS zones

In the grid view for DNS zones, there are some artifacts shown under specific cicrumstances. In this case, there is also the text "kdiscover https://..." shown in the cell of the forward zone value (see screenshot).

I don't understand the problem.
"kdiscover https://..." comes from the objects TXT record.
