Various ucs-tests fail: http://jenkins.knut.univention.de:8080/job/UCSschool-4.4/job/Install%20Singleserver/lastSuccessfulBuild/

Fix all tests (or at least those that didn't also fail in 4.3).

All ucs-tests run successfully in the singlemaster jenkins env.
That 90_ucsschool.80_move_users_into_another_ou is flaky is a samba-timing issue that cannot be fixed by us.

That's Bug #48722.
The problem is not the test: it actually checks that dn is in list of dns - the error message is misleading. The problem is the existence of a policy although deactivated by UCR.

The tests for @school run much better now and I would see this bug to be done in its scope.
